The fresh art of bakery
Our goal at Pettitt’s Bakery is to produce top quality fresh breads and cakes in-store daily. Our Bakery has a wide range of unique, artisan products including Head Baker Declan Dempsey’s famous Sourdough bread range.
We endeavour to use as many locally produced ingredients as possible in our Bakery. We only use local Wexford jam in our doughnuts, local buttermilk in our breads, and local cream in our cakes.
Our Bakery produces up to 30 different breads and 60 different confectionary products every day, so you’ll always be spoilt for choice!
Order your cake for your next event or special occasion. Our Bakery is the only producer in Wexford town that can put any image on to our fresh cream cakes. Our new photo machine enables you to submit your photo or image instantly, making it convenient for you! Enquire in-store for full details.

Our Pettitt’s Kitchen product range uses only the best natural and highest quality ingredients available with a strong emphasis on Irish and local foods.
Our kitchen prepares over 25 homemade meals from Seafood Chowder, Lasagne, to our delicious Roast Garlic Potatoes and delicious Soups.
Of course only the best Sleedagh Farm Beef is used in all our Roast Beef, Lasagne, Cottage Pie and many more delicious meals.
Our delicious Seafood Chowder and Fish Pie uses fresh Kilmore Quay Seafood and locally sourced vegetables to accompany the perfect comfort dish.
